The com­plex was opened in Sep­tem­ber 2003. It has 125 com­fort­able two-room flats, two out­door swim­ming pools with large solar­ium, pri­vate park­ing inside, recep­tion area and night porter, Inter­net point, restau­rant and pizzeria.
